ingredients
- 50ml Westbourne
- Strength Miller’s Gin
- 2tsp Belvoir Winter Berries Cordial
- 100ml Apple Juice
- 50ml Cranberry Juice
Pour all the ingredients into a highball glass filled with cubed ice and squeeze a wedge of lemon into the top of the drink.
Blackcurrant Cheesecake
ingredients
- 12.5ml Belvoir Blackcurrant& Cox Apple Cordial
- 35ml Premium Vodka
- 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- 20ml Double Cream
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well, then strain into a cocktail Martini glass or a short tumbler. Garnish with a very light dusting of either crumbled digestive biscuit or nutmeg or even cinnamon.
