Singapore Mule
ingredients
- 3 Slices Root Ginger
- 3 Lime Wedges
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 60ml Sake
- 15ml Lychee Puree
- 5ml Gomme
- 15ml Lime & Lemongrass Cordial
Muddle the limes and ginger in a Boston glass, add all other ingredients and shake and pour into a hiball glass and top with Jamaican ginger beer. Garnish with 2 lime wedges.
Lime & Lemongrass Martini
ingredients
- 2 x 25ml shots Gin or Vodka
- 2 shots Belvoir Lime & Lemongrass Cordial
A splash of Dry Vermouth Shake with ice and serve in a cocktail glass with a dash of Angostura.
White Flower Martini
ingredients
- 15ml Elderflower Cordial
- 35ml Vodka (suggest raspberry flavour)
- 15ml Limoncello
- 50ml Lychee Juice
