Cocktail – Elderflower Cordial

ELDERFLOWER FIZZ

ingredients

  • 20ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 3 Lime Wedges
  • 50ml Pink Grapefruit juice
  • 50ml Cloudy Lemonade

Add all ingredients in a hiball glass and stir, garnish with a freshly squeezed lime wedge.


ELDERFLOWER POWER

ingredients

  • 2 x 25ml shots Gin or Vodka
  • 2 shots Belvoir Elderflower Cordial

Shake with ice and serve with a cocktail glass with a lime rim and wedge.


ENGLISH GARDEN

ingredients

  • 2 Lime Wedges
  • 5 Mint Leaves
  • 20ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 50ml White Rum
  • 50ml Apple Juice

Build in a hiball glass with cubed ice, garnish with a mint sprig.
